When does tracking go live?

Your order is dispatched within 1–2 business days. As soon as it leaves our facility, we email you an AWB / tracking number. Tracking usually starts updating within a few hours of dispatch — if you’ve just received the email, give it a little time to activate.

Estimated delivery timeline

  • Dispatch: 1–2 business days after you order.
  • Delivery: 5–7 days after dispatch.
  • Metro cities: usually the faster end of that window.
  • Non-metro & remote pin codes: may take the full window, occasionally a little longer.

We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 days of dispatch, depending on your location in India.

My tracking has not updated. What should I do?

If your tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, email noob@noobde.com with your order number and we will investigate with the courier.

Can I track a Cash on Delivery order?

Yes. All orders, prepaid and COD, are shipped with a tracking number that you can use on this page.
