Our 7-Day Return & Exchange Promise
We want you to love your fit. If something is not right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email noob@noobde.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share the next steps, including pickup or drop-off details.
- Pack the item securely with its original tags and packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size or design? Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method; COD orders are refunded to the bank account or UPI ID you provide.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following generally cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original tags and packaging.
- Items marked ‘Final Sale’ or purchased under clearance or special promotions.
Return Shipping
If you received a wrong, defective, or damaged item, return shipping is on us. For other returns or exchanges, any applicable reverse-pickup fee will be shared when you raise your request.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email noob@noobde.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right quickly.
